Medical Disposables Supplier in Dubai
WinHyCare's headquarters and warehouse are both in Dubai, so Dubai clinics, hotel kitchens, caterers, food plants and distributors can buy hair nets, bouffant caps, aprons, TPE, PE and vinyl gloves, shoe covers and 3-ply masks by the carton from a local supplier. The warehouse is in Industrial Area 2, Ras Al Khor. Medical-device registration is handled through EDE by your licensed warehouse.

Clinics and hospitals across Dubai
Dubai Health Authority statistics show roughly 5,800 licensed healthcare facilities in the emirate in 2025, up from 5,340 in 2024, including 55 hospitals, with more than 69,400 professionals working in private healthcare. With 55 hospitals among roughly 5,800 facilities, the great majority are outpatient facilities such as clinics and medical centres. Their routine disposables list is short: 3-ply masks, examination gloves, couch rolls, patient gowns, scrub suits and shoe covers.
Dubai Healthcare City is a free zone supervised by the Dubai Healthcare City Authority under Dubai Law No. 16 of 2024, and health licensing there sits with DHA. For a disposables buyer the regulator that matters for the product itself is federal: medical devices need marketing authorisation from the Emirates Drug Establishment, held by a licensed UAE warehouse or marketing office.
Hotel kitchens, caterers and food plants
At the end of 2025 Dubai had 154,264 hotel rooms across 827 establishments and received 19.59 million international overnight visitors, according to Department of Economy and Tourism data published by the Dubai Media Office. Behind that sits a large volume of commercial kitchens, airline and event caterers and food manufacturers.
The Dubai Municipality Food Code sets the hygiene baseline for them: anyone handling food or entering a food preparation or storage area must cover their hair with a clean hat or hair net, outer clothing should be clean and preferably light coloured, and where gloves are used for food they must be disposable, used for one task only and discarded when damaged or soiled. The code also states that gloves are not an alternative to handwashing. In purchasing terms that means a hair net or bouffant cap for every food handler on every shift, disposable gloves matched to the task (PE for short tasks, TPE where staff need a closer fit) and PE aprons for wet preparation areas.
Jebel Ali, the free zone and re-export
Jebel Ali Port handled 15.5 million TEU in 2024 and has 19.4 million TEU of capacity, and the Jebel Ali Free Zone hosts more than 11,000 businesses from 157 countries. UAE-wide re-exports reached AED 830.2 billion in 2025, which is why Dubai is a common base for distributors that sell on to other markets.
For those distributors, buying from a supplier with a Dubai warehouse means smaller top-up orders between container shipments from India, consolidated cartons across several product lines, and a local contact for documentation. Registration for each onward market remains the responsibility of the importer in that country.
How we supply Dubai
Dubai orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Industrial Area 2, Ras Al Khor. Larger or less common items are shipped from India; we confirm which applies, and the lead time for that order, in the quotation.
We do not hold EDE marketing authorisations or DHA licences. Clinical buyers should purchase medical devices through an EDE-licensed warehouse or distributor; we supply spec sheets, certificates of analysis and declarations of the ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality standards the goods are supplied to.

Medical disposables in Dubai: FAQ
Where is your Dubai warehouse?
In Industrial Area 2, Ras Al Khor, Dubai (P.O. Box 50115). Our headquarters is in the Al Fajer Complex, Oud Mehta.
Do Dubai food businesses have to use hair nets?
The Dubai Municipality Food Code requires anyone handling food or entering a food preparation or storage area to cover their hair with a clean hat or hair net, and beards with beard nets where required.
Which gloves suit Dubai kitchens?
The Food Code requires disposable gloves used for one task only. PE gloves suit very short tasks with frequent changes; TPE gloves give a closer fit for longer prep work; vinyl gloves are an option for non-fatty foods. See our glove guide for the trade-offs.
Can a Dubai clinic buy directly from you?
We sell in carton quantities to businesses. Medical devices must be authorised by EDE through a licensed UAE warehouse or marketing office, so most clinics buy through their regular licensed distributor, who can source from us.
Do you supply distributors in Jebel Ali Free Zone?
Yes. We quote free-zone distributors for onward export, from our Dubai warehouse or direct from India.
