What is the temperature range and how is platelet storage validated?
Platelets are stored at +20°C to +24°C with continuous oscillating agitation and UV disinfection. Units are designed to meet NABH and NBTC requirements, with calibrated temperature monitoring and digital records for audit and accreditation, and an alarm system for temperature excursions.
Do you provide installation, commissioning and AMC across India?
Yes. Installation, commissioning and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) are delivered pan-India and coordinated from our Hyderabad sales and service centre, covering metros and tier-2 cities for state blood transfusion services and hospital blood banks.
What capacities are available?
Two models are available: WPI-5 (5-bag capacity) and WPI-10 (10-bag capacity). Both are incubator cum agitator units with the same 20–24°C control, oscillating agitation and UV disinfection, sized for small hospital blood banks through to high-throughput transfusion centres.
