How a GCC order works

  1. You send the requirement. Product, size, GSM or film weight, colour, sterile or non-sterile, and carton quantity, plus the destination port or city.
  2. We quote FOB or CIF. The quote states pack configuration and the lead time for that order. We do not publish standard prices or delivery times because both depend on volume and route.
  3. Documents come with the offer. Spec sheets, certificates of analysis and declarations of the ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality standards the goods are supplied to, so your regulatory team can file before shipment.
  4. Your importer registers and clears. Marketing authorisation or listing (SFDA in Saudi Arabia, EDE in the UAE, and the equivalent in Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait), import licensing and customs clearance sit with the importer of record.
  5. We ship from India or Dubai. From our India supply base or our Ras Al Khor warehouse in Dubai, by the freight mode agreed for the order.

Buyer guides

GCC supply: FAQ

Do you have an office or warehouse in Saudi Arabia?

No. WinHyCare is headquartered in Dubai with a warehouse in Ras Al Khor, Dubai, and an India office in Hyderabad. Orders for Saudi Arabia and the other GCC states are shipped from India or from the Dubai warehouse to your importer or distributor.

Are your products registered with SFDA or other GCC regulators?

We do not hold product registrations in Saudi Arabia or other GCC states. Registration, listing and import licensing are the responsibility of the importer or authorised representative in each country. We provide the product documentation they need on request: spec sheets, certificates of analysis and declarations of the ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 quality standards the goods are supplied to.

Who do you sell to in the GCC?

Importers, medical distributors, hospital and clinic groups, catering companies and food processors that buy in carton or container quantities. We do not sell to individuals.

Do you supply nitrile gloves?

No. Our glove range is vinyl (PVC) examination gloves, stretch TPE gloves and PE/HDPE food-service gloves, all latex-free. Our glove guide explains where each material fits compared with nitrile.

How do you quote for GCC orders?

Send the products, sizes, GSM or film weight, colours and carton quantities. We quote FOB or CIF to your port and confirm pack configuration and lead time for that order in writing.

Can goods be relabelled or private-labelled for our market?

Custom pack sizes, colours and private-label packing can be quoted for bulk orders. Labelling content required by your regulator (for example Arabic labelling) should be specified by your importer before production.
