What is a disposable mob cap?
A disposable mob cap — also called a clip cap — is a lightweight, single-use head cover with a crimped (closely pleated) crown and an elastic edge that clips snugly around the hairline. It is the everyday, high-volume hair-restraint cap: cheaper and lighter than a bouffant, quick to clip on, and made to be worn once and binned. The crimped pleats let the crown spring open to cover the hair, while the elastic gathers it in so flakes and stray hairs stay contained.
